It started with a tight 0-1 loss to Scotland, where they were competitive and far from outclassed.

Then came the toughest test of all, a 0-3 defeat to a Brazil side in full flow.

But the final game gave them something to keep forever, even in a 2-4 loss to Morocco.

They scored twice in that game, the first World Cup goals Haiti have managed in over 50 years.

Wilson Isidor and Duckens Nazon, their all-time top scorer, led the attack under coach Sebastien Migne.
